ingredients:
°1 pound minced meat
°2 tsp onion powder
°3 teaspoons minced garlic
°4 – 14.5 ounces of beef broth
°2 – 28-ounce cans chopped tomatoes
°Half a cup of ketchup
°2 TB Worcestershire sauce
°2 TB brown sugar
°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
°2 cups dry pasta
°Garlic salt & pepper to taste
°cheese (if wanted)
- Methods :
In a large saucepan, add ground beef, garlic, and onion powder – cook until beef is no longer pink. Strain the grease.
Adding broth can chop tomatoes, brown sugar (optional), ketchup, & Italian season. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes
Add the dry pasta and leave for 15 minutes.
