I use butter instead of olive oil, and actually season like a real steak with grill mates Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, and a bit of Worcestershire sauce!
Takes about 1:30-2 hours at 375! Yum!
I never liked cabbage much thought give it a try tamest it out for my daughter and loved it
I Loved this. Followed the recipe exactly except I used plan butter and lots more sliced garlic.
While the cabbage was in the oven I made smoked lentils to serve with it. I can’t wait to make this again.
