Cowboy Casserole

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ground beef

½ medium yellow onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon marjoram

½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 1/2 cups low sodium beef broth

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 ½ cups trimmed and chopped green beans

2 tablespoons cornstarch

¼ cup water

1 can (15.25 ounces) corn drained

1 can (14.5 ounce) fire roasted tomatoes

salt and pepper to taste

1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
