INGREDIENTS:
- °1 C. 1 tbsp (15 milliliters) Parmesan cheese and fine herbs
- °1 C. 1 tbsp (15 milliliters) parsley flakes
- °1/2 tsp. (2 milliliters) garlic powder
- °1 envelope (600 g) frozen fries
- °French’s® Tomato Ketchup

*PREPARATION
1 In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan and herb seasoning, parsley, and garlic powder. To book.
2 Prepare fries according to package directions, cooking until golden brown.
3 Place the hot fries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and toss to coat fries. Serve with ketchup.
4 Bake for 55 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese and 1 cup (250 mL) Fried Onion Crisp Topping. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
