Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • °1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • °1 C. baking soda
  • °½ tsp. salt
  • °½ c Becel Original margarine
  • °½ c brown sugar
  • °¼ c sugar
  • °1 egg
  • °1 C vanilla
  • °½ c dark or semi-sweet chocolate chip
  • °¼ tsp fleur de sel

Preheat the oven to 375°F & placing a rack in middle.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine Becel® Original margarine, brown sugar and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir well.
Adding flour mix, stir to obtain a homogeneous paste, & incorporate chocolate chips.
Shape the dough into balls of about 1 tbsp. tsp also organize them on an un-greased baking sheet, spacing them for 5 cm (2 in.).
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the desired level of tenderness.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle with fleur de sel. Leave to rest for a few minutes before eating.
