Light fruit cake

Ingredients

 

+For daily fruit cake:

°400g mixed dried fruit see note

°125g butter at room temperature See Note

°3 large eggs

°60 ml milk (4 tbsp)

°1 tbsp jam (no flavor)

°125g dark or light soft brown sugar – see note

°250g self-breeding flour see note

°2 teaspoons mixed seasoning (10 ml)
