Paradise Soup Recipe

  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cups of hot water
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Preparation of Paradise Soup:
First, take the butter in a suitably sized saucepan and melt it. When the butter starts to melt, add the cornflour and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the onions and potatoes coarsely and add them to the cornmeal mixture you roasted and fry for 5 more minutes.
After the vegetables are roasted, add the garlic powder, black pepper, and salt and continue mixing.
Add the hot water first, then the chicken broth over the roasted vegetables and let it cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When the soup is cooked, pass it through the blender to puree the vegetables. Then return to the stove and boil for 2 more minutes.
Finally, put the oil in the saucepan and heat it by adding ground pepper.
