The quick broasted method

Broasted recipes are one of the favorite fast food for many, bring in your kitchen the crispy broasted chicken and serve it alongside the family’s favorite sauces.


rusk – a cup and a quarter
Dry thyme – 1 teaspoon
Grated lemon peel – 1 teaspoon
Salt – three-quarters of a teaspoon
Black pepper – to taste
Flour – cup
scrambled eggs – 2
Chicken drumsticks or skinless chicken breast, cut into thick longitudinal strips – 4
Vegetable oil – half a cup

The way it works.

1- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, thyme, grated lemon peel, salt, and black pepper.
2- Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, egg, and then the breadcrumbs. Put it on a plate.
3- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and fry for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden. When they are done, drain them from the oil and place them on paper towels on a plate.
4- Serve the broasted hot.
